Description of Problem:

Whenever i try to log into my favorite tekkit server it doesn't let me connect in and an error message pops up. the server apparently runs on tekkit 3.1.2 but i think i have 3.1.3, if that is the problem were would i get the tekkit version 3.1.2?

That is a bug with the iron shovel you can get from zombies.

It has happened to me several times and the only way to fix it is to ask the server owner to delete your playerfiles.

I think that it's the only way..

You will loose all your things in your inventory though.
