Tekkit Classic 3.1.2 Server Wont Start

Hey Tekkiters i need your help with my server. It has been running for about 3 months a few problems but i fixed them. Yesterday i manually restarted and it wouldn't start. Just gave me errors

I removed the plugins folder, Same errors. Then i removed the Mods folder, Server started like normal no errors and stuff. I have a private Tekkit Server so i replaced the Put the mods folder (from the 100% working/launching private tekkit classic server) into my public server. same results, tons of errors. Im confused on how this is happening :/

I dont play on the computer hosting
