Modpack having trouble with block updates

Ok so I made this modpack with a couple mods:

rei's minimap

Buildcraft(with additional pipes)

Backpack mod

Damage indicators

Divine RPG

Forestry

IC2(with nuclear control, compact solars, and advanced machines)

InvTweaks

Ironchest

NotEnoughtItems

RailCraft

Redpower compat, core, digital, mechanical

Thaumicbees

TheralExpansion

Universal Electricity

Weaponmod

And Its having troubles with block updates such as when I place a block it will disappear multiple times and correct redstone behavior.

Its not the map, I've tried with a bunch of other maps. PLEASE HELP?!?!? :(

Sounds like you have too intensive of mods for your terrible computer/terrible internet/both. Divine RPG seems to be the biggest offender of this.

Yea I fixed it I just had to reinstall the mods again. Its probably from all of the trail and errors that i got testing out countless mods
