Help setting up a small Tekkit Classic Server from beginning with single-player world...

I've been playing Tekkit Classic for a while Single-Player, and my sister wants to play with me, how do I set up a small Tekkit Classic server, from scratch, without any knowledge of setting up servers, with the world that I've been playing on? MAKE SURE YOU TELL ME ABSOLUTELY EVERY STEP!!!!!!

I am trying to set up a three person server for my Sister, Brother, and myself. I have no experience with setting up modded servers, But I have made a few Vanilla servers.
