when launching modpacks it will give me an error

Operating System: Windows vista 7 32-bit

Java Version: 1.7.0_09 from oracle corporation

Antivirus Program: ESET NOD32

Description of Problem:

when launching modpack it will say installing minecraft.jar then it says checking for updates then gives me this error (see error messages and log will be the same

Error Messages:

Error downloading file for the folowing pack:Voltz

Failed to download http://s3.amazonaws.com/MinecraftDownload/jinput.jar

Please consult the modpack author.

oh sorry forgot to add this but the Voltz is replaced by the modpack name and the download is changed by the modpack

Disable your antivirus when downloading packs.

Most antivirus programs have issues with when programs try to download files from the internet.

i cant even install minecraft with the minecraft.exe thing

Uninstall everything including java, and delete the tekkit folders.. Reinstall java and download the latest launcher.

the only reason i can play minecraft vanilla is because i copied it off my friends computer
