Voltz SSP Lag (Not able to break or kill type of lag)

I really want to try Voltz but I can't because it takes about 5 minutes before the chickens stop moving or I can't break a block or something. I have the settings all on low, my computer isn't hot and I only have one other program that isn't resource demanding open. No matter what, it still lags. Please help!

Sorry I can't find this bug section but I did see one but it took me to a whole new website.
