I hooked up a waterproof redstone pipe to pump lava into an ender tank, it crashed when then lava reached then tank and gave this error. Minecraft has crashed!

I get the same thing, just starting my server.

Nix the above, 0.6.5 has been promoted to recommended, and includes a fix for this. Apparently, the most updated 1.4.7 version of Code Chicken Core and NEI do not work with the most updated 1.4.7 version of Chicken Chunks or Ender Storage, but in a way that does not become apparent until you encounter a filled tank, etc. We have rolled back our chicken bones mod to the last good version.
