Optifine and BigDig

I've tried very hard and searched, but I cant get Optifine to work with this pack. Yes, I am using the correct version of Optifine. But it will not work. Is there any way to get it to work with the pack?

Which version are you using? You can't just say, I'm using the correct version.

The newest version of Big Dig, 1.2.2 (Which is Minecraft 1.4.6) and I'm using the 1.4.6 version of Optifine.

There is more than one 1.4.6 version of Optifine.

I have optifine working with big dig, the version you need is 1.4.6 HD_U_D5

Also, you need to install optifine in to modpack.jar (not minecraft.jar)

Sorry for the late response, unfortunately I acted rather quickly in making this post as to where I ended up just getting my answer from the chat. Thanks, though. My problem was that I was putting it inside the minecraft.jar not the modpack.jar
