Help With Custom ModPack

ok, so i made a custom modpack, but when ever i download it there are no mods, not even forge? i did everything the tutorial on the home page says but it won't work?

You obviously did something wrong then.

well i followed the tutorial to the letter and it all works well but there are no mods. is it possible that there is some incompatibility with dropbox and the file type.
