When trying to connect to my server on the same machine I host it, I get a "Can't reach server" issue.

This just started happening after a restarting my computer earlier today.

Initially, I thought maybe something was wrong with my server (crash/corruption), so I tried running one of my backups, but still could not connect.

I have updated Java, rebooted my computer, tried various backups of my server, tried running a new server, double checked my port forwarding, deleted and remade my port forwarding, updated router firmware and rebooted it, changed the port in the server config file and made a new port forward for the new port, and tried both my localhost and external IP addresses. My IP is static.

I have also tried going into the Voltz settings and resetting my pack, re-choosing my version, and re-installing the pack that way.

None of these have even given me a glimmer of change or hope in the issue. Everytime, I get "Can't reach server."

I run version 1.1.3. I don't use Himachi, Bukkit, etc to connect. I and everyone else (close friends/family) who plays on this server have been given my external IP to connect.

Other people have not tried connecting yet, to my knowledge.

When I try to connect, nothing changes in the server log.

I don't get any errors when starting my server. Here is a log.

I have tried the Open Port Check Tool at Canyouseeme.org:

Success: I can see your service on (xx.xx.xxx.xx) on port (25565)

Your ISP is not blocking port 25565

I have my port forwarding set up as follows:

Netgear router WNDR4500

External Start Port 25565

External End Port 25565

Internal Start Port 25565

Internal End Port 25565

Internal IP address 192.168.1.2

Service type is TCP/UDP
