Cannot Craft Solar Turbine

Description of Problem:

i just simply cannot craft the Solar turbine, recipe for the solar turbine doesnt show up either but i can see the ST in NEI

i looked up the recipe on the net and found that it was, glass on the outside, a fan in the middle crafted with 5 iron ingots, and a motor crafted using a battery box and lead wire

guess what happens when i put the ingredients in their spot... nothing!!! the output spot remains blank

Just tried updating java to the most recent version, still no luck
