problem upgrading to 1.0.3 server

I'm having a problem upgrading to server version 1.0.3.

The host site loaded the new version and restarted. But in the console I see the following crash message...

I deleted your config/mods/coremods folder and the server regenerated the files and it seems to be working now with the latest version.
