Description of Problem:

In the launcher when I try to download any of the mod packs it says it fails and cannot complete. This is the same with both the original minecraft components and the modpack.

Even when I have pre downloaded the minecraft files manually and placed them myself it just continues and has the same failure on the actual modpack.

And yes I have disabled all anti-virus software.

Error Messages:

Error downloading file for the following pack: Tekkit (this problem is not just for the Tekkit modpack)

Failed to download http://s3.amazonaws.com/minecraftdownload/lwjgl.jar(all files not just this one.)
