Sphax bd texture pack not working

I downloaded the texture pack and now tekkit won't load past the Mojang logo. It won't go to the title screen so I can't remove the texture pack. Minecraft doesn't crash and responds when you exit out, but that's the extent of minecraft working.

You can just delete it from the texturepack folder...

I can't access the texture pack folder. The title screen doesn't load. What would be the name of the folder for tekkit outside of the menu? Like how do I access it?

Should be located under there.
