How do i get Flans into my mod pack.

I and my friends have been trying to get flans into my mod pack. All that troubles us is the content pack unless someone know how to get flans mod in I will have to wait for a download which already has the content packs in

I'm sure you can follow the directions stated on the original forum page for the mod on how to install it, but failing that, you could also spend five minutes looking for an example on the technic platform.
