Server addons

Just started a tekkit lite server its all running fine

I have installed bukkit

could people please suggest the addons I should be looking at

just want a two dimension server, normal and nether

would love a money system with a market if that's possible, only money for buying and selling

a addon that stops explosions

a addon that gets rid of common banned items, (or do I have to do that myself?)

and anything interesting that does not cause to much lag
