When I send a message, place water, break a block, or anything of that sort, there is about a 15 second delay between my message appearing, the water starting to flow, the broken block appearing as an item, etc. While this is happening, I am on Skype with the person who is running the server. On his end, everything is happening perfectly and instantly.
