Well, according to the error log you have a saved tekkit file that is interfering with the startup program

try going back through the computer files and fully deleting any other tekkit files

I just delleted my .technic folder all together and it did nothing!

Not really related to minecraft, but I really wouldn't recommend having two anti-virus programs running at the same time. You can google search this yourself, but this PCWorld article sums it pretty succinctly.
