Statue plugin compatible with tekkit

Hey guys I am looking to create player statues of the admins mods and myself. I can not find any plugin that seem to work with tekkit classic. I tried DwDNPC and Statues. If you know a tekkit classic compatible statues plugin, (can create and remove player statues that do not dissapear on restart) please link it below along with what version to use.

Edit: Solved use this version of citizens it works perfectely for 3.1.2 tekkit.
