Custom ModPack wont load

Operating System: Windows 8 64bit Home

Java Version: Java 7 Update 21

Description of Problem:

The custom modpack I have created appears to be installing, and all the files are placed in the %appdata%/.technic folder as they should be - but when the client launches it just gets stuck on a white screen

Modpack:

Note -- Already tried disabling my AV, it makes no difference
