Tool and Armor textures

Hi, I'm just wondering about the textures for the tools and armor in the big dig. They look like they're textures are from some weird texturepack or something. I've looked in the minecraft.jar and they look correct... Are they supposed to be like this, is it just a weird downloading glitch, or have I gone Insane?! If it is supposed to be like that, can somebody give me the link to a texture pack with the original tools and armor?

Pretty sure that metallurgy is responsible for taking over the textures for the tools/armor. You could crack open the metallurgy mod files and view the textures that way too if'n you wanted to.

No problem, this thread popped up a few days ago and it tells how to disable metallurgy's textures. If you have any more questions let me know.
