need energy loop

hey i made a space station as spawn on a multiplayer server, but i either need an infinite energy loop to power the oxygen machines or a way to fill the entire station with energy. any1 got a way?

power converters 2 has an infinite eneryg loop and i believe it is in at least one of the tekkit types, unless it has already been fixed by powercrystals
