What's a good modpack for creative building?

I'm looking for a modpack that has the most awesome stuff for creative building rather than survival and making your way to the top or through a story. I want awesome building blocks, decorations, etc... I've found BigDig and that has quite a bit of cool stuff but I'm wondering if there's even better out there. Anyone have any ideas?

Look for modpacks with Imiblis' Microblocks in it, it'll give you a wider palette to work with and is compatible with mod blocks as well.
