Can you see someone's alchemy bag?

Hi,

I own a server with Tekkit and i was wondering if there is a way i could see what the people have inside their bags. I would think i could be able to see what they have through the server files. Any help would be great. Thanks

In the World directory, there is a Data directory. Bag files are stored in there, although I don't know what you'd use to read them.
