Power tool - shortcut keys ?

Hey guys, I'm having issues trying to get the power tool upgrades to work. I know that "K" brings up a drag and drop shortcut menu, but none of the power tools weapon / lux capacitor features show up. Curious if I missed something, right click while holding the power tool isn't doing anything like how it use to function. I can't pull any info on it up yet, this new tekkit doesn't have much info up yet.
