Tekkit Classic 3.1.2- Transmutation Tablet crash

Hey guys! Thanks for reading this in advance!

My server sometimes randomly crashes.

I think it has something to do with a Transmutation Tablet.

I'm not sure how i'm able to delete all Transmutation tablets in 1 world, I'm trying it with MCEdit now.

Does anyone know a fix to this problem ?
