minecraft stuck at 1.1 norton user

technic has updated to 1.2 right, if so i my launcher is not dowloading the newest versions. How do i allow it to do so, stopping norton from blocking it. thanks

First of all, the stable technic is still 1.1, you have to opt in to get the dev build.

Second of, ditch norton anyways. Get an antivirus that doesn't blow donkeys on its time off.
