launch.bat crashes when i try to launch it!!!

I have a problem so that when I click on the "launch" file in my Tekkit Server folder, it opens for a brief second and then closes. I've tried lowering the memory required, I've copied my java directory from my Program Files (x86) to the normal Program Files folder and nothing seems to work. If u've had the same problem please tell me what fixed it. :(
