Crash on launch of any modpack (Mac)

Launcher Version: Build 242

Operating System: Mac OS X Version 10.6.8

Java Version: Java 6 Update 34

Antivirus Program: none

Description of Problem:

Upon loading of any modpack the window will crash with an error. I have tried nuking both the mod folder (the times I've done it I've used tekkit lite as that is the modpack I use) and the main technic folder in my application support. Also, I've manually updated my lwjgl files and my natives folder. Occasionally instead of getting the error message below there will be a white screen, not sure what makes the difference there.

Error Messages:

Spoutcraft quit unexpectedly while using the liblwjgl.jnilib plugin.

having this same issue. Ever since the launcher updated i havent been able to use my macbook for technic. which sucks because i can use 2 gigs on the mac instead of the only one i can use on my 7 year old windows laptop which technic still works on, but is extremely laggy

regular minecraft launcher still works.

Really wann play hsm on my macbook cuz its faster

I made a MultiMC instance with the mods in the mod folder and the modpack in the instmod folder. It launched perfectly and I could play without the bug. Hope this helps. Not really a fix for the specific problem but you can get back on the game.

I have the same problem. If anyone knows of a fix please help me! I have been wanting to play the CaptainSparklez pack since it came out and all i do once it loads is crash before the main screen

almost all mac users can't load anything from technic but multiMC is the solution search it on youtube many good tutorials

but Flux I can perfectly load tekkit lite on my multimc but i cant load a yogbox, can u? if u can, can u upload ur minecraft folder for that instance plz
