I need help for some reason when i try to play on tekkit there is no universal electricity so i cant use most of the machines in tekkit.

please help!

Universal Electricity is from Voltz. Tekkit uses different power systems depending on which one you use.

How can i get electricity to the oxygen emitter ETC.

Use Buildcraft power. There are plenty of tutorials on Youtube etc.

And by the way, you should really use the edit button (at the bottom of any of your posts, next to the report button) to prevent multiposting.
