Quarry not working

So my quarry was working fine. I just switched it from running on Stirling engines to combustion engines and phased conductive pipe. It worked fine even in that configuration, then I moved the quarry after it finished. It build the new frame, but then it didn't start mining. I tried saving and reopening. Then I moved it. Still building, but not mining. Then I restarted the game, the same. I don't have any idea whats wrong. I'm playing on single player tekkit lite.

sometimes quarries bug, when they do you need to move it, break the entire frame, place the markers again and place the quarry and start it
