Is there any Tekkit plugin supported by the newest version that protects blocks that others place, excluding admins? (I.E. User evan90001 places a block, OP drake90001 can delete said block, but User josh90001 can't because he's not admin)

Call me a nub, whatever. I'm new to this whole MC Server thing.

Edit: Something similar to WorldGuard/WorldEdit or whatever it's called.
