I need help! Please read!

Me and my friend are trying to play Tekkit, for some reason, he can't load Tekkit, only the lite version. So, I made a Tekkit server and it worked, but when I go to make a Tekkit lite server it says this: "@ECHO is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program, or batch file."

Then lower it says, "unable to access jarfile tekkit.jar"

How can I fix this? My launch.bat says this:

SET BINDIR=%~dp0

CD /D "%BINDIR%"

"C:Program Files (x86)Javajre7binjava.exe" -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar tekkit.jar

PAUSE

This is how it worked for the Tekkit Server, so wouldn't it be the same for Tekkit Lite server?

TekkitLite.jar not tekkit.jar

The tekkit lite server download should already come with a launch.bat
