I didn't see any threads with this problem through search, but...

So, on my new PC, I downloaded the launcher off of my flash drive, (It had all my old computer data, no biggie). I ran it and let Technic do its thing while loading all the mod files and such.

After a few minutes I came back to check on it, since it should've been done by then. But it wasn't, it's stuck on the launch screen, downloading Greg's Lighting.

This is what it's giving me. Can anyone help with this?
