Alright. So I have about 4 engines set up. Well had. They were running for a few hours just fine. I go back to them to see if my stuff was charged. I looked at them and they were running green. I turned around and Boom. I was littarly turned for less then 20 seconds.

Each has its own water pump.

Each has its own fuel source.

They each were only charging a redstone thing.

What did I do wrong?

The general recommendation is never hook an engine directly up to what it is charging, because if the thing you're charging stops using power the engines will go kaboom. Connect the engines to a redstone conduit and connect the conduit to the energy cube: that way they'll never explode.
