Tekkit On Mac Not Working

Hello, I am trying to play Tekkit with my friend on a Mac (using the Technic Pack of course !) and it just keeps crashing. Long white screen, then a short black screen and it crashes. Any ideas ?

I've noticed that as well, one some computers I play on it crashes 4 out of 5 times. Keep launching, it might eventually stay open. I suggest keeping it open, rather than quitting, for now.

I figured out how to fix it. Go to the options pane and decrease the ram usage

Interesting, how much RAM does your system have, how much was allocated when the issue was happening, and what did you lower it to?

By the RAM usage, you mean "Memory" right ?

Thanks for your reply. Hmm, I don't make it quit, it quits by itself (crashes). As I specified : Long white screen, then a short black screen and it crashes

What I meant was, if you can get it to open, leave it open, don't quit it when you are done playing.

If you are having trouble launching the new tekkit, try going the overall settings in the launcher (in the corner next to the X) and switch from stable launcher to the beta launcher. It works everytime for me.
