Frame motor not working?

Hello everybody, today in Tekkit i was creating a door which opened thanks to frames, i set up my battery box and solarpanels to get some power, put everything down according to plan and tried to make my motor's run witouth the frames inside of it yet. the motors actually worked. When i tried to do it with the frames inside, it stopped corresponding, i can see the red allow wire turning on the motor, but it doesnt animate or lift the frames up. also the motors dont animate anymore
