How do you make a custom server with your modpack?(Mac)(1.5.2)

Alright so i eventually got my mod pack working and its all going well. Now i want to play with my friend on it but how do i make a server? I am on am Mac, and my modpack is for version 1.5.2.

If anyone could help me, that would be great.

I already now how to create a normal server that is super easy now, but to make a modded one, I dont know.

Also Here is my friends Thread. He is able to get to the main menu but when he tries to create a world it wont let him. He Told me the screen goes white.
