Add Mod Pack Button Doesn't Appear After I Put In The URL HELP!!!

When ever i try to install a custom modpack i put the url, and then the add modpack button doesn't appear, instead a button that says select appears and nothing else happens... HELP!

i figured it out and got infamy and an aether modpack but it stopped working when i tried this link: http://www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/smart-moving-147-roxas

It's asking you to select a location outside of the .technic folder.

So, just create a new folder wherever you like and name it whatever you like. Then, when it says "select", click that, and pick the location you just made.
