Help setting up tekkit server

Hi. I just purchased a server form Creeperhost.net... They have 1-click installation of tekkit, the problem is that the support team told me that the install links are "broken". So he told me that I can still set up tekkit using FTB Access. So I downloaded filezilla and got everything connected successfully. So now, I have to add the tekkit server JAR to filezilla. When I downloaded the .zip file you get from the tekkit website, it has a Tekkit.jar and a Tekkit_server.jar. Which one do I put in filezilla.

(Im not really sure how to write this to where everyone can understand it, so if any part is unclear to you, please don't hesitate to ask me to clarify it)

Yes, by FTB i assume you mean FTP. You should upload the entire folder (config, coremods, mods, minecraft_server.jar and tekkit.jar and server.properties ) (backup what is there and delete it first)
