Solar Array and Industrial Information panel Questions!

Right first question is about the Solar Arrays, on I server I go on, I have a large Solar Array power plant, all the Solar Arrays are supposed to be High Voltage, however within a couple of hours they change to Low Voltage? I'm not sure if this is a Tekkit Classic glitch, or whether its something with the server? Could it be because I used WorldEdit?

The other question goes towards the Industrial Information Panels. These are brilliant, and I want to use them for a lot of things, however Tekkit Classic does not have the "Text Card", is this something that will be implemented in the future? As it would come in handy!

This problem with the Solar array plant seems to be something in the server since most server owners don't like the arrays.

I don't have any knowledge on the IIP's but they sound very useful.
