Launcher Not Displaying All Modpacks

Hi I've been having this problem for weeks now. The launcher never seems it display all modpacks I can add custom ones but packs like technic and Hexxit are not displaying. I have ran it as admin and added a firewall exception for the launcher and java. I have also tried the linux.jar launcher with no luck. Deleting the folder .technic also solves nothing.

Hexxit isn't out and Technic IIRC isn't being used anymore.

Try doing some research next time :)
