Major Server Lag

I'm trying to host a lan server on my computer, and the server is really lagging quite badly.

Is anyone else having this issue ?

I've given the server 4gb ram (of 16), its also on my SSD and its still lagging.

I'm starting it with this, which seemed to solve the problem for all of 2 minutes.

java -Xmx4G -Xms4G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalPacing -XX:+AggressiveOpts -jar Hexxit.jar nogui

This is running on Java 7 64bit u21 (Updating to 25 now...)

Still no difference with u25.

Setting it to 1core, shows 100% usage ALL the time, it doesn't go down.

Voltz had a lot of these issues int he beginning, it's the mods talking to each other bogging the server down along with bugs and other things. It'll be awhile till the issues work themselves out in updates. Only thing you can do is over compensate for the issues by giving more resources to it and little player views and all the normal tricks.
