How to make Hexxit Server

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knew how to make a hexxit server so that me and some friends (around 3 guys) can play, it would be much appreciated.

If you haven't had a server before, then look up a tutorial on youtube on how to make a regular Tekkit/Tekkit Lite server as it's all the same. Port forwarding, giving friends IP, start up the server, let it generate stuff, etc.
