Hexxit world gen problem? and random bird swarm

I was playing hexxit today and i was laying siege to a castle. My battery for my computer ran out so i went back into the world. When i logged on i found a random battle tower in the middle of the castle. Its been happening everywhere. Not just with towers and castles. I logged on once and there was a chunk of a village house missing. I found the chunk taken out on the other side of the village.

Ok, about the bird swarm. My battery ran out (once again) and my computer shut down. Log back on and i turn around. Suddenly theres a bunch of red finches flying around.

I do have other mods with hexxit installed. I have ars magicka, mob disemberment and mob amputation,
