Technic platform won't load modpacks at all!

I had the technic platfrom, and i wanted the new modpacks (Hexxit) and i started Technic Platform, it was not there, i downloaded again the launcher.exe and my modpacks bugged out, i deleted the .technic file in %appdata% and redownloaded again, it says load, and as soon as i scroll down or click on the arrows for changing modpacks, its all ''Add Modpack'' buttons, i tried to find solutions, but i couldn't Please help!! Sigh. Did you read the stickies? if not, you wouldn't know to try running the launcher .exe as an administrator.

Also, don't sign your posts. It's not a letter, so it looks silly. It's also against the rules.
