Possibility to port to MagicLauncher?

I'm trying to move the tekkit folders to a launcher I'm more comfortable using. However, some of the mods are giving an error on not having any mods inside. I found out this is because there is no .class files in the main folder inside the mod. Is there a way to move the mods without .class files to the modpack.jar?
