OS: I believe CentOS. Not sure exactly Using a VPS

Java: Not sure. As said before using a VPS

Well I'm not exactly sure what causes this. I think it is when the chunk gets loaded like with the condensers and wooden pipes. But it seems to be with forestry... Crashes my server when it happens. I would like to get this fixed without a new map.

something's up with your wireless redstone blocks. download your world, use MCEdit to remove those blocks from the offending area, reupload, see if that works.
