I loaded up my world, and all items in my inventory, all chests i placed, animals i breeded, and the farm i created are gone. But the blocks i have placed are all still there. I am playing on a single player game..

Description of Problem:
I loaded up my world, and all items in my inventory, all chests i placed, animals i breeded, and the farm i created are gone. But the blocks i have placed are all still there. I am playing on a single player game..
