So I decided I'd try the hexxit mod pack to see what it was about and while it was doing what ever it does in the launcher it crashed my pc. Like what the balls? How do I keep this from happening?

Invest in some duck repellent.

While you're doing that, how about you give us some more info.

System information and the likes. How much RAM you've got assigned to the pack. That kind of goodness.

Mind, I have no idea what I would do with that information, but that's where the smart guys comes in.

I really just deal with the ducks.
